Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to personal hygiene and health reasons, there will be no returns or exchanges on any items unless the items are defective or you have received an incorrect order. 

If you are unhappy with the products you have received from us (including if the products are defective), please contact us via email or Facebook Messenger. You must notify us of your intention to exchange a product within 4 days of receiving the product by emailing the Horobox Store at info@horo.co.nz

Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
