Our current dispatch timeframe to our courier partner is 2-4 working days and we are working around the clock to fulfill your order as soon as possible. For the estimated timeframe of our courier partner delivery, please check the next FAQ
Here is the target delivery timeframe from our courier partner to you after your order has dispatched

New Zealand (via CourierPost)
• 1-3 working days to North Island metro areas
• 3-5 working days to South Island metro areas and outer islands
• 4-6 working days for rural areas

Australia 
• 4-8 working days via DHL Express or 20-25 working days via NZPOST
• 3-6 working days (via DHL Express)

China (via FTD or SF)
• 2-4 weeks

You are able to cancel your order within the first 60 minutes after placing it and the order still hasn’t been dispatched by us at the time of raising your cancel request to info@horo.co.nz. Orders outside this timeframe or have already been dispatched to Courier are not cancellable.
