Shipping Policy

Horo is based in Auckland, New Zealand, and we ship all items from our NZ warehouses.

Horo will dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days assuming all items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter. Order processing and delivery times may vary in peak times such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and some items of discontinued supply.

New Zealand Domestic Orders

By default, we will use no-signature courier service and you've agreed for the Courier Service Provider to leave the parcel at a safe place at their own discretion when no one is there for the collection. You've also agreed that HORO and the Courier Service Provider will not accept any responsibilities for your order went missing or damaged after the delivery. Alternatively for extra security and peace of mind, the signature of the addressee or the person accepting the delivery can be collected for a small additional charge. You will need to notify us in the delivery instruction field or email us within the first 2 hours after your order placed to request this service. 

International Orders

We currently only ship to AUS and China

For customers require international shipping, any additional taxes or duties applied by the customs are the responsibility of the recipient, and your parcel may be subject to these charges depending on the value.

It is illegal for us to incorrectly declare the value of the parcel, and we are not able to do so.

If your parcel's tracking status is "Import Duty and Tax Payable" or "Income Duty and Tax Assessment", your parcel may experience a delay of approximately 3 - 5 business days.

Customs may contact you with advice on how to pay any applicable fees to your parcel

All international shipping fees calculated at checkout are just an estimated figure and may not be the actual final figure. If there are any shortfall, we will email you with details so that you can make a call whether or not to proceed the order any further.
